Writing is our bread and butter at Thesisdom. We provide many different writing services including thesis, research papers, essays, articles, blog posts, book reviews and many other things. We have a staff of talented writers. Each of them is an expert on writing in their own areas of interest. We edit many documents each day and check them for quality standards. So basically all we do is read and write, and then re-write some more. We decided that it is time that we share some of our tips with students and customers.
Writing is a Craft
One thing that many new writers learn is that writing is a craft. It requires discipline, patience, knowledge, planning and strong will to succeed. You need to be patience and learn how to develop a piece into an interesting, worth reading document. Working slowly and carefully will result into a well polished product. Do not rush into ending the project, device a plan and then carefully connect the pieces together.
Make a Sketch
Many of our staff writers do different things to make a draft of their writing assignment. Some use a bullelted list format document to write down the important points. Some use the old-fashioned paper and pencil. Whatever suits your style, the purpose of preparing a draft is to think about the project and plan a strategy to do it rightly. In this plan, you write down the beginning, the arguments and the ending of your writing assignment. This sketch will work as a map when you are working on the actual project.
Write First and Then Edit
Word processors has made editing easier, you can check grammar and style as you write. However, many professional writers do not go back to editing part often. The reason behind this is that you have a map on hand which you need to follow in order to create the perfect piece you had in your mind. Scrolling up after each paragraph and reading the earlier paragraphs would confuse you. Just check the paragraph you finished, make sure it makes sense and leads to exactly where you want it to lead and then move on to the next paragraph.
